Home Health Services

Inland Home Health Providers believe that everyone is entitled to quality healthcare. We are well equipped and supported with the latest technology to meet growing needs of patients who need medical care. Our key staff and officers have over 50 years of combined healthcare service experience.

Health service in the home setting is part of the overall government health care delivery program to provide patients, who are homebound, medical attention on an intermittent basis. If a patient needs intermittent medical care after discharge from the hospital or other health facility, and needs help to recover in their own home or place of residence, then home health care will service their needs.

We send health care professionals to your home to provide the following services:

Registered Nurse (RN) - provide thorough and comprehensive assessments for Diabetic management, wound care and intravenous therapy, teaching programs to promote self-care and maximum recovery.

Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) - under the supervision of RN and physician, provide treatment and administer medication.

Certified Home Health Aides - Assist with activities such as bathing, dressing and meal preparation. Attention to personal needs is a vital component of our service.

Physical Therapists - evaluate and treat patients who suffer from pain, weakness, limitation of movement, difficulty in transfers and gait abnormalities through therapeutic exercises, gait training, prosthetic training and other home safety programs.

Occupational Therapists - help patients improve speaking or swallowing problems.

Medical Social Workers - help patients and family members understand and cope with problems caused by illness or injury and provide access to available community resources.

Inland Home Health Providers staff will help arrange for delivery of Durable Medical Equipment such as:

  • Bedside Commodes
  • Hospital Beds
  • Incontinent Supplies
  • I.V. Equipment
  • Oxygen Equipment
  • Walkers and Crutches
  • Wheelchairs

Payment for the home health services is derived from the patient's medical insurance benefits such as Medicare/Medi-Cal or other health plans. The home health agency will settle payment directly with the insurance carrier. If for any reason the finances are inadequate to cover all the expected charges, the patient and his physician will be informed in advance to make other arrangements.

We provide service, seven days a week. Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. On-call personnel are available to receive your call after office hours, on weekends and holidays to help you.
